Objectives
To assess how the MPA impacts livelihoods of the communities in the area; To strengthen community participation in MPA management and MPA ownership based on examining potential linkages between resource protection and livelihoods; To identify the socio-economic conditions that will enable alternative livelihood options: tourism and its related development.
