Analysis of International Funding for the Sustainable Management of Coral Reefs and Associated Coastal Ecosystems

Description

This new analysis provides an initial and indicative overview of trends in international donor funding for the conservation and sustainable management of coral reefs and associated ecosystems. Exploring the intended purpose and spatial and temporal distribution of funding, this analysis supports a wide range of entities in identifying and addressing funding gaps and priorities. The analysis was conducted by UN Environment, the International Coral Reef Initiative and UN Environment World Conservation Monitoring Centre and funded by the Government of France.
